THE MASTERHEART

EMERGENCE is a 13-month business and leadership MasterHeart (just because mastermind is boring :)...) for conscious guides, and creatives who are ready to bring their work out of the shadow and build a thriving, soul-led business.

My intention is to work intimately with a small group of people who are ready to close the gap between the depth of their work and the income, impact, and freedom their businesses currently create.

I want to break the taboo about money in many spiritual spaces. Not because service is about money.

But because you need to be liberated enough to be able to serve powerfully. This includes financial liberation too.

So one of the intentions is to help you add $10K/mo or more consistently and sustainably to your average monthly business revenue over the course of EMERGENCE. Or, your own version of what financial liberation looks like at this time.

Not by creating a business that demands more and more of you at the expense of your well-being.

But by developing the business architecture, inner capacity, and embodied leadership necessary to sustain your expansion without chronic overwork or self-abandonment.

Because more prosperity should not require more self-abandonment.

And here's what makes EMERGENCE different:

Emergence is a container where shadow integration meets the outer work of mission building.

We won't separate the business you're building from the person you're becoming as you build it.

This is why included in the experience, you'll get many 1:1 calls with me and group shadow clinics.

We'll work on the actual business that can hold your mission while integrating the fears, internal conflicts, and identity shifts that arise as you bring it into the world.

To me, business is a Mystery School in and of itself. And every demand it makes of us can become an invitation into greater integration.

WHY I'M CREATING EMERGENCE

The methods I'm bringing into this experience are the same ones that have shaped how I've built my own life and business.

Over the years, I've built a body of work around my gifts and teachings that has allowed my wife to step away from paid employment, given us the freedom to homeschool our three children, and allowed me to continue writing, creating, and developing my work while being present for my family.

I don't share this because I believe everyone should want the life I've created.

I share it because I know what's possible when your business becomes a vehicle for your mission AND your aliveness.

I've also witnessed meaningful financial growth in my previous coaching work, helping clients build their soul led businesses from 0 to well over 6 figures… And beyond everything, allowing their voices to impact the lives they came here to support.

Now, I want to bring the inner work and practical business methodologies that have supported these transformations into one intimate experience.

Every aspect of EMERGENCE has two dimensions: the business we're building and the shadow material we're integrating as we build it.

We'll develop your signature offerings, pricing, positioning, and business model so your work can reach more people and generate meaningful prosperity.

Alongside that, we'll address the fears, money beliefs, and identities that may have kept you undercharging, overgiving, or holding back from fully owning the value of your work.

2. YOUR MAGNETIC MESSAGING BLUEPRINT — Visibility & Authentic Expression

We'll clarify your message, refine your true voice, develop your visibility and content strategy, and create a consistent way for the right people to discover your work.

We'll also integrate the fears of being seen, misunderstood, rejected, or criticized that may have been keeping you from becoming the spokesperson your mission deserves.

3. SOUL SYSTEMS — Your Business Growth Infrastructure

We'll develop the systems your business needs to attract qualified leads and turn them into clients: lead magnets, email marketing, nurturing sequences, funnels, and automation.

And we'll examine the beliefs and patterns that have made structure, consistency, and growth feel incompatible with your freedom or creativity.

4. THE SOULFUL SALES METHOD — The Art of Reciprocal Exchange

We'll develop your enrollment process, sales conversations, invitations, and follow-up strategies so you can confidently offer your work to the people who need it.

Alongside that, we'll illuminate the spiritual beliefs and internal conflicts that have made selling, money, and receiving feel incompatible with genuine service.

5. EMBODIED LEADERSHIP — Becoming the Leader Your Mission Requires

Throughout our journey, we'll work on your relationship with power, responsibility, boundaries, decision-making, and the demands of your expansion.

Through shadow integration, somatic work, and relational clearing, we'll address the emotional baggage, fears, and protective patterns that arise as your mission grows.

We'll also examine the spiritual identities and unconscious patterns that may have kept you confusing self-sacrifice with devotion, or endlessly working on yourself instead of taking the actions your mission requires.

The intention is to help you build the business your mission needs while developing the inner capacity to lead and sustain it.

HOW WE'LL BEGIN

Month 0: Your first month inside EMERGENCE is called The Threshold.

We'll begin with my Integrated Soul-Led Business Compass to examine your current business, identify its most important growth constraints, and create your personal EMERGENCE Growth Map.

This becomes our starting point for the journey ahead.

And then we begin moving.

One of our first projects will be The Imperfect Launch. This is what will get you out of the threshold. This is not just the launch of an offering. It is YOUR LAUNCH. The launch of the new identity your work needs. The intention here is to liberate you from overthinking, perfectionism and your inner critic.

We'll work on an offering you're ready to bring into the world, clarify its messaging and pricing, establish a path to reaching the right clients, and begin making real invitations.

As that process brings your fears and internal resistance to the surface, we'll work with them in real time.

You won't spend the first six months preparing to move.

We'll begin putting your integration into action from the very beginning so that you can experience momentum and GET PAID. Yup I said it. GET PAID. It's time to stop feeling cringe around getting paid for your work.

EMERGENCE is my way of supporting people who carry great medicine to receive the prosperity their lives deserve.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

I'm bringing together a founding circle of no more than 10 people.

Our 13-month journey includes:

• A dedicated activation month followed by 12 months of business development, shadow integration, and embodied leadership.
• Two live group sessions per month throughout the 12-month journey combining teaching, Shadow Clinics, business strategy, and hot-seat coaching.
• Six private mentorship sessions with me across the experience to support you with your unique challenges.
• Quarterly online summits designed to be catalysts towards your emergence.
• Your personalized Integrated Soul-Led Business Compass assessment and EMERGENCE Growth Map.
• An intimate Masterheart community for collaboration, accountability, and collective wisdom.
• An in-person summer retreat in Newfoundland, Canada, with the retreat experience, scheduled local transportation, and meals included. Travel and accommodation are arranged separately by participants.

The experience will be both structured and responsive, with room to address the unique challenges and opportunities that arise in your business.

IS EMERGENCE FOR YOU?

I'm looking for conscious guides who are already serving paying clients, have established offerings, and are ready for their next level of business growth.

Ideally, you're already generating around $5K–$10K+ per month, although I'm open to considering people at different stages based on their business maturity and readiness.

You're willing to do the deep inner work AND take responsibility for implementing the business strategy.

You're ready to be challenged, supported, and witnessed by a small group of people who are equally devoted to their work.

EMERGENCE will not be the right fit if you're looking exclusively for business tactics without inner work, or if you want to continue doing inner work without taking meaningful action in your business.

This is not a done-for-you business service.

It's a space for those who are ready to build, integrate, lead, and grow.

YOUR FOUNDING-MEMBER INVESTMENT

As a founding member I'm offering two ways to join EMERGENCE. This takes into consideration how much personal access I will infuse into each participant.

1. $3,000 USD upfront, followed by $1,250 per month for 12 months (a total investment of $18,000 USD).
2. If you are ready to go all in, Pay in full: $15,000 USD.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

EMERGENCE is something many have asked me to build for years. I finally have the capacity to move ahead with it. And you are seeing this first because I value your mission.

I'm beginning personal conversations with prospective founding members before opening EMERGENCE publicly.

Enrollment will end as soon as we reach 10 founding members or by Oct 12th.

We begin the week of October 19, 2026.

And we begin with The Threshold. Again, this is month 0, a dedicated activation period where we'll use my Integrated Soul-Led Business Compass to identify your most important business and leadership priorities and create your personal EMERGENCE Growth Map.

From there, we'll begin putting your integration into action through The Imperfect Launch, taking a real offering to market and creating opportunities for new clients and revenue.
