INTEGRATE is a considerable investment of time and money. Because of that we want to make sure that it is truly the container that serves you at this point of your journey. Plus we are only accepting 10 participants, therefore we want to make sure that they are the best fit possible for this experience.

After you apply, we will review your application. If we still have space in this cohort and if you are a great match for INTEGRATE, we will send you an invitation for a discovery conversation.

All classes are recorded and you will have access to the recording vault to revisit calls as needed.

We have one (01) weekly commitment

• SUNDAY: Weekly Group Coaching Call (2hrs - 2.5 hrs) @ 10am ET | 7am PT

**Live calls are recorded and available for replay.

** The journey is divided in 4 blocks of 4 weeks, with a week of integration in between.

4 hours weekly time commitment is a sweet spot to take full advantage of this program. This time estimation includes the live calls.

Beyond everything, trust your own resonance. Sit with the voice within your heart and honor what it has to say.
