I’m a father of three, a trauma-informed transformational guide, a shadow integration specialist, and the author of Scars of Gold: A Framework for Self-Liberation, Integration, and Healing through Shadow Work.
I didn’t write that book from the mountaintop. I wrote it from the fire... After walking away from the paths I was conditioned to pursue but that felt misaligned on the inside. I had to confront the parts of myself I had long abandoned. The ones I hid to stay safe. The ones I exiled to survive. And most of all, the radiant gifts I had learned to fear: my light, my voice, my leadership.
Scars of Gold became the map that emerged from that journey.
